Is there parking available on-site?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available for all attendees. Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are there restroom facilities available?
Yes, fully accessible toilets are available on-site inside the venue for your convenience.
Can spectators come and watch?
Absolutely. Friends and family are welcome to watch and cheer you on. There is a dedicated spectator seating area next to the main floor where non-skaters can relax safely nearby.
SKATES & SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Can I rent roller skates, or do I need to bring my own?
We offer a skate hire service with a wide range of quad roller skates for rent, from children's sizes to adult sizes. Rental skates can be added when booking your ticket or paid for on the day of your visit.
Is safety equipment provided, and is it mandatory?
Your safety is our top priority. We highly recommend full protection for all skaters, especially beginners, to keep the experience fun and injury-free.
Can I bring my own skates and protective gear?
Yes, you are encouraged to bring your own quad skates or inline skates. Please ensure your skates are clean to protect the venue floor surface.
PAYMENTS & TICKETING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major debit or credit cards, including contactless payments and Apple Pay or Google Pay, at our reception and skate hire desk.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I pay at the door?
While we accept walk-ins if space permits, our sessions often sell out. We strongly advise booking your tickets online in advance via our website to guarantee entry and secure your skate hire size.
